Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team with the English as a primary language to ensure effective communication with children and families. In this role, you will work with children with developmental disabilities, implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans in a compassionate and encouraging environment. Prior experience is required—our experienced Lead Analyst will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction. Collect and document data on client behaviors and progress. Assist in tailoring care plans to individual needs. Educate clients and families on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate session notes and upload them promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care. Promote social skills and independence in various settings. Participate in training and professional development. Skills (Technical Skills)
Behavior Management:
Address maladaptive behaviors using positive reinforcement.
Data Collection:
Accurately document behaviors and progress.
Intervention Delivery:
Follow behavior plans, task analyses, and prompts.
Skill Teaching:
Promote communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA techniques. (Interpersonal Skills)
Empathy and Patience:
Support children with understanding and compassion.
Rapport Building:
Engage children using their interests to foster trust.
Team Collaboration:
