BCBA Opportunity in West Jacksonville and Surrounding Areas >> 2 Openings | $90-$95 per hour We are looking for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support ABA cases across West Jacksonville, including Crystal Springs, Normandy, Whitehouse, and surrounding areas. This opportunity is a strong fit for BCBAs seeking flexible scheduling, steady case opportunities, and reliable administrative support while building a local caseload. >> Families You'll Support You will work with children who may need support with communication, social skills, daily living routines, emotional regulation, adaptive behavior, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning or family life. Services may take place in home, school, or community-based settings depending on the needs of each case. >> What You'll Do Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's clinical needs Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs to help ensure quality service delivery Review progress data and make clinical adjustments when needed Work with caregivers to strengthen routines, improve consistency, and support skill generalization Maintain accurate documentation while following clinical and professional standards What We Offer $90-$95 per hour based on our caseload incentive offer Start with 5-8 cases and continue growing monthly based on need Flexible schedule based on your availability Organized administrative and case coordination support Steady BCBA opportunities throughout West Jacksonville and nearby surrounding communities Join a growing ABA team and make a meaningful difference for families across West Jacksonville, Crystal Springs, Normandy, Whitehouse, and surrounding areas.
