RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other comprehensive assessments to identify students' behavioral, social, and learning needs. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with each student's goals. Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to improve communication, adaptive skills, social interactions, and school participation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom and educational activities. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear data-driven reports and recommendations to support student success. Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as needed based on ongoing data collection and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, data records, and compliance reports. Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through research, supervision, and professional development.
