In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will guide families, educators, and care teams to foster positive growth, enhance communication skills, and improve overall quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to patient-centered care and behavioral health excellence. Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Conduct patient assessments, intake interviews, and ongoing progress monitoring while maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure treatment effectiveness and inform necessary adjustments. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure consistent application of ABA strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals and healthcare providers—to coordinate care plans. Maintain thorough documentation of medical records, treatment notes, and progress reports using appropriate medical terminology. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare teams.
