Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to an engaging contract opportunity supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This onsite role serves a dynamic caseload of approximately 50-60 students in a school setting near Labelle, FL, where your skills and compassion can make a significant difference in young lives. The district welcomes travel professionals interested in contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across Pre-K to 12th grade Strong background in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability and commitment to meeting diverse student needs in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students, designing effective intervention strategies tailored to individual needs Oversee the delivery and fidelity of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs Train, coach, and support school personnel in ABA methodologies and behavior management practices Collect, review, and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student's educational journey Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to optimize student outcomes As an onsite-only assignment, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with school teams, observe progress firsthand, and create strong connections within the community.
