About us Kids Therapy Solutions Corp provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. We are a supportive and collaborative team focused on helping children reach meaningful progress while supporting the professional growth of our staff. Kids Therapy Solutions is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy to clients Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA Use ABA strategies to increase communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record data during therapy sessions Follow treatment goals and protocols provided by the BCBA Maintain accurate session notes and documentation Communicate with supervisors regarding client progress or concerns Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Active RBT certification High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred Ability to work with children with developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Work for KTS Competitive pay rates W2 position
