Job Description

Description:
Arise Autism Center is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a center-based ABA therapy role serving children with autism in Sanford and Lake Mary, FL.
Pay & Benefits:
$20-$24 per hour Center-based position in Sanford, FL / Lake Mary, FL Consistent schedules (30-40 hours/week) Generous PTO Paid training & supervision Medical, dental, vision, life insurance for full-time eligible team members 401K Supportive, team-based culture
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect data and follow individualized treatment plans Use Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and DTT Collaborate closely with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification (required) Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID (required) Ability to pass a Level II background check https://info.flclearinghouse.com Reliable transportation
Requirements:
Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
