We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on as either part-time or full-time. Work the hours you want and have the caseload size of your choice!
  • Position Overview:
  • As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Creative Behavior Solutions, LLC, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to our team of Behavior Technicians.
You will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to promote positive behavior change and improve their quality of life. It doesn't hurt that we are minutes away from the beach and a quick jaunt from Disney!
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Design and oversee ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Hourly Wage:
  • Creative Behavior Solutions, LLC offers a sliding scale wage structure that rewards BCBA's based on their performance and experience. The hourly wage range for this position is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
