As a valued behavioral specialist, you'll work onsite in a supportive school environment, providing essential services to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade with a manageable caseload of approximately 50-60 students. Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification required Strong background in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans Demonstrated experience supporting students with varying needs, ideally across a Pre-K through grade 12 population Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Flexibility and readiness to work exclusively onsite

Core Responsibilities:
