Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in making a difference across a diverse student population. As a valued behavioral specialist, you'll work onsite in a supportive school environment, providing essential services to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade with a manageable caseload of approximately 50-60 students. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about positive behavioral interventions and collaborative team environments. Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Strong background in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans Demonstrated experience supporting students with varying needs, ideally across a Pre-K through grade 12 population Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Flexibility and readiness to work exclusively onsite
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis for assigned caseload Design individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to teachers and staff Analyze progress data and update plans as necessary, ensuring programs are effective and tailored to each student's needs Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to IEP team meetings as requested Engage with families and caregivers to foster continuity between school and home environments This contract opportunity places you at the forefront of a dynamic educational setting, supporting students' growth and success while collaborating closely with dedicated educators and support staff.
