Full Job Description About Behavior Analysis Support Services:
Therapy Beyond Tomorrow, LLC was established in 2018 by 2 Board-Certified Behavior Analysts Behavior Analysts hoping to make a meaningful impact in our community for those in need!About this role:
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities receiving applied behavior analysis, which is the implementation of scientifically proven techniques used to make a meaningful difference in those in need. RBTs will receive supervision administer by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. RBTs will work directly with clients on improving communication skills, social skills, daily living skills, compliance skills, and more. Therapy Beyond Tomorrow works in whatever environment the individual is experiencing difficulties with! We go on community outings with our clients and caregivers, work in private schools with them, work in their homes, etc.Duties & Responsibilities:
Electronic data collection as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA. Maintain a positive and open line of communication with BCBA regarding progress of client. Work directly with TBT clients on a 1:1 ratio. Provide ABA therapy in clinic, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team. Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day. Complete session notes weekly explaining what occurred during a treatment session and upload them them onto our company platform. Complete CPR training within 30 days of RBT certification.Qualifications:
High School Diploma (College Graduate or some college experience is preferred). Reliable transportation Current RBT certification (Preferred) or Complete a 40 hour RBT training course and successfully pass theBACB RBT
exam prior to employment. Florida Approved Medicaid Provider (Preferred) Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs.Job Types:
