Flexible Hours Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide ongoing behavioral therapy and intervention to patients
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
