Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, ensuring positive outcomes through evidence-based practices. About Us Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis provides clinic and school-based ABA services in the Florida Panhandle, including our partnership with Advanced Sacred Hope Academy in Fort Walton Beach. Our approach is rooted in compassionate, play-based therapy (Active Play Therapy), with a strong focus on communication, social development, and meaningful behavior change. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized intervention strategies Design and oversee implementation of treatment plans based on ABA principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Provide direct and supervisory services in accordance with ethical and clinical standards Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, ensuring quality and consistency of care Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote generalization across settings Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements Participate in intake assessments and ongoing care planning Qualifications Current BCBA certification (or eligible for certification) Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and treatment planning Experience with data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct assessments and oversee clinical programming independently Compensation Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications .
