Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will implement individualized behavior plans, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and progress to inform treatment adjustments Use behavioral management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Collaborate with supervising clinicians and team members to develop and update individualized care plans and goals Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding client confidentiality and handling medical records appropriately Support clients during therapy sessions by providing engaging teaching methods tailored to their needs Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification within the required timeframe Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a behavioral health or educational setting Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and healthcare professionals Compassionate attitude with patience and enthusiasm for helping others achieve their full potential Driver's liscence Medicaid credientialing (Preferred) Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual's progress is celebrated! Pay:
