The Schedule (Non-Negotiable): This is a high-priority, 25-hour weekly case. To be considered, you must have availability for one or both of following blocks: Monday -
Friday:
2:30 PM - 6:30
PM Saturdays:
5 hours (flexible for the exact time) What You'll Be Doing (The Mission): Bring the Plan to
Life:
You'll take the strategies designed by our BCBAs and turn them into real-world action, helping clients smash their developmental goals. Be the
Scientist:
You'll collect the data that tells the story. By tracking behaviors and skill acquisition, you prove that progress is happening every day.
Teach Independence:
From grooming to feeding to social skills, you will help clients master the Art of Daily Living. You aren't just helping them cope; you're helping them thrive. Navigate the
Tough Stuff:
You'll use compassionate, evidence-based behavioral management techniques to turn challenges into teaching moments.
Collaborate & Connect:
You'll be the voice of the client in team meetings, collaborating with families and staff to ensure we are all rowing in the same direction.
Who You Are:
Certified:
You have your RBT cert
Reliable:
You can commit to the schedule above. Consistency is key for this client's progress. A "Kid Person": You have experience with developmental disabilities (ASD experience is a huge plus) and you actually enjoy the energy of the population we serve.
