Job Description

We are looking for dependable and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) interested in working with children and families receiving behavioral support services. This position involves working directly with assigned clients while following treatment recommendations provided by a supervising BCBA. Services may take place in different settings depending on the needs of the client. What You'll Do Work directly with clients during scheduled sessions Support clients in building age-appropriate functional and behavioral skills Follow individualized programs and recommendations provided by the clinical team Record session information and complete required documentation Maintain communication with supervising clinicians Participate in supervision and training as required Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Follow agency procedures and applicable professional standards What We're Looking For Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Dependable and professional Comfortable working with children and families Able to follow instructions and receive clinical feedback Reliable transportation when travel to client locations is required Ability to complete required background screening Spanish/English bilingual skills are helpful but not required Previous experience is welcomed, but we are also open to RBTs who are newer to the field and interested in continuing to develop their skills. Position Benefits We offer flexible scheduling, clinical support, ongoing supervision, available client assignments, and opportunities to gain additional experience within the ABA field. Schedules and locations may vary depending on client availability. Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
