ABA Behavioral Therapist/Lead Analyst: BCBA, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT

BCBA (English and Spanish) is needed for clients with a Medicaid provider who is bilingual (English and Spanish). We are currently seeking additional BCBAs to assist with supervision and oversight for cases assigned to BCaBAs. BCBAs will be responsible for providing the required supervision hours, including approximately 2 hours weekly supervision for BCaBAs managing assigned cases, in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements. BCaBAs will continue to complete ALL assigned clinical duties under the BCBA supervision. Behavioral Advancement Therapy Corp is a business in Miami, FL with clients from west palm beach to homestead. We provide behavior therapy services to Medicaid participants in Miami Dade & Broward County. Our staff members are assisted in learning and growing as professionals. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Provide Supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians ( RBTs) and (BCABA) who work with children diagnosed with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Autism, Etc. Provide family therapy to assist parents in learning to manage their child's behaviors more effectively. Review notes and data Assistance with assessments and reassessments is provided. We use an electronic system called "ABA Matrix" which assists with easy note completion and is user friendly. Staff is provided with training materials and videos to learn the system.
