Summary MACTown Inc. is looking to expand our clinical team and are seeking a BCBA who is highly motivated, energetic, self-motivated and organized with 3+ years of certified experience, interested in having a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and who shares a passion for working with a community of behavior analytic professionals. Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with the Med-Waiver program. Work with our clients in the Intensive Behavior Homes Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for clients. Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as necessary. Requirements Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing). Certified as a BCBA-Level 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
