Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and support clients and their families through evidence-based interventions. Your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve by promoting meaningful progress and independence. Responsibilities Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure fidelity of interventions. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality. Participate in intake assessments and ongoing patient care activities to support optimal outcomes for clients with autism and other disabilities. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong data collection skills to measure intervention effectiveness and inform decision-making. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and contribute to behavioral health planning.
