(W-2 Position) Divino ABA Services, LLC (2 Positions Pasco County and Hernando) Compensation Divino ABA Services offers W-2 compensation based on experience, caseload, and billable productivity: Salaried BCBA (W-2): $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience and caseload; includes minimum billable expectations) Productivity-Based BCBA (W-2): $75,000 - $101,000 annually (based on billable hours and performance)
