Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings (home, school, community)
  • Teach and reinforce appropriate social skills and behaviors
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
