Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and support for individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze behavioral data, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based interventions and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical practice. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training and supervising staff, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies Responsibilities Directly observe clients across all relevant environments and settings to assess behavior and identify factors contributing to behavioral challenges. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data to determine the function of problem behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support plans that effectively address identified behavioral functions. Review behavioral data regularly and collaborate with clinical staff to address discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and make data-driven treatment recommendations. Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to caregivers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members. Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments to support treatment planning and service recommendations. Interview caregivers, family members, educators, and other relevant stakeholders to gather background information and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes. Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization of treatment goals across settings. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
