Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and client records
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with autism Experience
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of special education practices
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
