• Full-time Chesaco RV, a leading recreational vehicle (RV) dealership group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Okeechobee, FL.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the RV or automotive industry. As an RV Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect RV to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer requirements and offering suitable RV options.
• Develop a deep understanding of the RV models available for sale, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale, including test drives, financing options, and warranty information.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
• Actively seek out potential customers through various channels, such as referrals, online inquiries, and events.
• Follow up with prospective customers to address any questions or concerns, and keep them informed about new arrivals or promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including sales contracts, financing applications, and trade-in evaluations.
• Work closely with other team members, including finance managers and service advisors, to ensure a seamless buying experience for customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge and passion for the RV lifestyle and industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and navigate dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
