Part-time and part-time on-call employees:
Quest, Inc. provides 401(K) with company match and EAP for part-time/part-time on call employees General Purpose of Job Work with children to help them learn new skills and improve their behavior while using ABA techniques to teach skills such as communication, socialization, and self-care. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Consistently perform duties of Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence, initiative and/or demonstrated ability: Document each client's performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBA. Implement all aspect of client's treatment plan as developed by the BCBA. Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work environments. Assist client with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as needed. Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one's certification. Assist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basis. Graph all data as assigned. Attend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussion. Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines. Perform job duties in across all Quest Kids settings (i.e., all centers, academy and community) as needed including being reassigned day of as need arises. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors 1-year verifiable experience as RBT within field of ABA therapy Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience with crisis management (i.e. Safety Care, PCM, PCI, etc.) Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred Quest, Inc. is a drug free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
