FaTaj Transition & Learning Center is a rapidly growing agency providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a positive and relaxed environment. We take pride in maintaining high standards and prioritize the well-being and support of both clients and staff. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assist clients in daily activities while promoting independence and skill development. Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical records standards. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to support ongoing development. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide support in crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed. Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Experience in behavioral therapy or related fields is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to maintain accurate medical records. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and patient care best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate clients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and families.
