Job Description

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals with developmental diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement client-specific Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). You will deliver 1:1 behavioral instruction, acquire accurate session data, and help clients expand functional communication, adaptive daily living skills, and social competencies under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and protocol steps written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Collect clean, timely data on target behaviors and skill acquisition goals during every session. Provide direct therapy across home, school, and community environments. Support adaptive skills (ADLs) and daily living independence, avoiding traditional childcare frameworks. Coordinate effectively with caregivers to maintain treatment plan consistency. Maintain complete client confidentiality adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB. Practical understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and data collection procedures. Ability to work comfortably in home and school settings. $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
