Brevard County, Florida (field-based, client locations) Position Summary At David and Goliath Therapy Solutions LLC, our mission is to help families "conquer giants" by providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that empower individuals ages 3-22 and strengthen communities. Our approach is Different. Slower. Further. different because we tailor every plan to each client's unique journey, slower because we work at a thoughtful pace designed to effectively address even the most challenging behaviors, and further because we aim to take each client's ABA journey beyond what families ever thought possible. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be on the front line of this mission working directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA across home, school, telehealth, and community settings. This is more than a role; it's an opportunity to grow your skills, support families in meaningful ways, and be part of a supportive, purpose-driven ABA team.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA therapy services according to treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Work one-on-one with clients in home, school, telehealth, and community settings.
- Collect and record accurate session data to track progress.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and BACB ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and other team members.
