Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of behavioral disorders in children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and improve overall quality of life. Your responsibilities are not limited to: Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses. Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients. Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run. Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family. Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information, and reporting to the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution. Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs. Communicate with the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director on a regular basis and through monthly Leadership meetings and Supervision meetings.
