We're are an extension of the child's team, working alongside parents, teachers, and other therapists to make sure each client receives the effective care. Decisions are grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that progress comes through partnership. As an RBT, you'll provide one on one ABA therapy, implement a treatment plan designed by a BCBA, and fulfill a hands-on role helping a child with an autism spectrum disorder make real progress.
