  • 18+ hours per week in the summer.
Hours will increase during the school year. At Thrive Behavioral Therapy, we focus on the whole child. We celebrate strengths, address challenges, and build meaningful goals together with families. Founded and directed by a BCBA, our mission-driven team makes it easy for families and staff to stay connected and feel supported. We're are an extension of the child's team, working alongside parents, teachers, and other therapists to make sure each client receives the effective care. Decisions are grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that progress comes through partnership. As an RBT, you'll provide one on one ABA therapy, implement a treatment plan designed by a BCBA, and fulfill a hands-on role helping a child with an autism spectrum disorder make real progress.
