Our goal is to allow every therapist a place to shine in our family owned and operated company. . We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and help children with developmental disabilities reach their potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct therapy services to children in their homes, schools, and other community settings. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop individualized behavior plans and interventions. The Behavior Technician will also have the opportunity to work with other professionals in the field of pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans with children and adolescents. Provide instruction and guidance to children and adolescents in the areas of social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Collect and analyze data to measure progress towards goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. Provide feedback to parents regarding their child's progress. Maintain accurate records of services provided.
