Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based ABA Services 32082 Dream Light ABA Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Job Details Part-time $21 - $26 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification English High school diploma or GED First Aid Certification Full Job Description Dream Light ABA LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in a school setting in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL . The RBT will work directly with a school-aged client during the school day while implementing individualized treatment protocols developed by the supervising BCBA. This position is ideal for an RBT who enjoys working in a structured school environment and collaborating with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the school setting Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and document client progress Complete session notes and required documentation within company timelines Follow the client's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and clinical protocols Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Communicate professionally with the supervising BCBA, school personnel, caregivers, and Dream Light ABA management Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required Maintain professional and appropriate behavior within the school environment
Requirements:
Active RBT certification through the BACB Fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR/First Aid certification Ability to pass required background screening Reliable transportation to the school location Strong communication, professionalism, and dependability Experience providing ABA services to children preferred School-based ABA experience is a plus Why Join Dream Light ABA? Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 27.0 per week
