What You'll Do As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services and supporting the growth of our clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions to maximize client progress. Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians. Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and family engagement. Collaborate with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Foster a positive, supportive, and ethical clinical environment that promotes both client and staff success. What We're Looking For Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. Active Medicaid/Sunshine credentialing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills. Passion for mentoring RBTs and helping team members grow professionally. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families, staff, and community partners.
