Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
Work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism to implement behavior intervention plans
Collect data on observable client behavior
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs
Collaborate with supervisory staff to assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques
Ability to educate clients and caregivers on treatment plans
