Lucie and surrounding areas. Schedule Approximately 30 hours available Home-based sessions beginning this summer School-based opportunities anticipated during the school year Flexible scheduling Part-time position Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community/school settings Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Support communication, social, play, and daily living skill development Implement positive behavior strategies and behavior reduction procedures Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions Maintain professional and timely session documentation Collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA to support client progress Foster a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience providing ABA therapy preferred Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working with children who may engage in challenging behaviors Reliable transportation Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening What We Offer $25
