Ideal Qualifications:
Valid national BCBA certification required Previous experience supporting K-12 students strongly preferred Ability to obtain district-specific credentialing (fingerprinting, badge photo appointment) Flexible, team-oriented approach—ready to step in where needed Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Provide ABA services to K-12 students across two nearby campuses Collaborate with school staff, educators, and caregivers Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Offer crisis and emergency support as necessary Document interventions and outcomes
