Job Description

Job Summary:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision of behavior analytic services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions for individuals with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other behavioral challenges. The BCBA promotes excellence in care through quality supervision, mentorship of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and staff training initiatives. This is an

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide ongoing quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective implementation of behavior plans. Oversee and monitor client progress through data analysis, treatment plan updates, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Deliver comprehensive staff training sessions to enhance clinical competency and promote professional growth. Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members to maintain consistency across environments. Ensure all services comply with BACB ethical guidelines and organizational policies. Model positive, professional behavior and support a collaborative team culture focused on compassionate care and measurable outcomes. Provide direct therapy sessions. Other duties as assigned.
Expectations:
Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to program development and improvement. Assist RBTs with maladaptive behaviors when needed. Demonstrate reliability in attendance, punctuality, and task completion.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience providing ABA services, including supervision of RBTs. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to ethical practice, professional growth, and evidence-based intervention.
Work Environment:
Services may be provided in clinics, and/or school settings May involve physical activity and behavioral interventions requiring quick response and safety awareness.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move quickly to keep pace with clients during sessions. Ability to lift or physically support clients as necessary. Ability to implement crisis intervention techniques as trained.
Pay:
From $50.00 per hour
