Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This position offers afternoon hours and involves providing support in Valrico, Wimauma, and Riverview areas. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Collect data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings within Valrico, Wimauma, and Riverview. Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions. Communicate regularly with families and caregivers regarding client progress and strategies for reinforcement at home. Adhere to all ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols related to behavior analysis services. Skills Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help individuals improve their quality of life. Flexibility to work afternoon hours across multiple locations including Valrico, Wimauma, and Riverview. Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and data collection procedures accurately. Reliable transportation is preferred for traveling between service locations.
