Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Augustine! The ideal candidate will share client-focused values and places emphasis on a supportive team environment. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement effective behavioral interventions. At Allay, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) serve as primary supervisors for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). BCBAs are responsible for developing and managing treatment plans and ongoing client programming. BCBAs train RBTs to implement programs and interventions to ensure treatment integrity and fidelity across client programming. BCBAs manage RBT performance through supervision that occurs directly with clients. BCBAs may be a part of training Student Analysts contingent on their level of certification, ability and willingness to do so. BCBAs are the first line of communication for RBTs with direct client concerns, including parent concerns that may be provided to the RBT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments Determine appropriateness of Skills Assessments and conduct necessary assessments for initial and continued treatment. Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address multiple developmental domains including communication, behavior, activities of daily living, social skills, etc. Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives. Supervise RBT implementing ABA based treatment plans and programs Update treatment plans as necessary Reviews RBT session notes intermittently to ensure accuracy in reporting Provide family guidance and training at least once per month per client to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school and community-based environments as needed Collaborates with treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment
Additional Responsibilities:
Create individual/personal weekly schedule to ensure clients and RBTs are receiving adequate supervision and program modification as determined by clinical need and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Assists in facilitating clinic schedules as needed Supports other BCBAs and RBTs as needed Keep up to date with registration and the BACB Participate in team meetings Ensure the safety of clients Assist with Student Analyst trainings and meetings as desired Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Proficiency in foundational and current research and techniques in Applied Behavior Analysis Strong client care and assessment skills Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data effectively
