Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference for students! This contract opportunity focuses on fostering positive behavioral change and supporting educators by delivering evidence-based interventions in a dynamic school environment near Saint Augustine, FL. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to assess needs, create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and monitor student progress. Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification required Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges preferred Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Excellent communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills Ability to work independently and adapt strategies to diverse learning needs Previous school-based experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs Develop, implement, and monitor effective BIPs for individual students Train and guide school staff on ABA strategies and intervention techniques Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing adjustments Engage in regular communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams This contract role offers the rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of children and their educational communities.
