Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting K-12 students and educational staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time contract opportunity based near Saint Augustine, FL, involves traveling between 5-7 schools (specific sites to be determined) and runs from ASAP through May 28, 2026. Working closely with teachers in self-contained programs, you'll provide expertise and support (not direct services), ensuring program quality and greater student success.

Your responsibilities include:

Observing classrooms and making actionable recommendations Collaborating with teachers to enhance behavioral strategies Modeling effective techniques for classroom staff Assisting with data collection and functional behavior assessment (FBA) development Supporting the design and implementation of intervention plans Offering ongoing professional feedback and coaching Maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with district requirements Ideal background and skills: Current, active BCBA licensure Experience consulting and supporting K-12 educational settings Familiarity with functional behavioral assessments and data-driven decision making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working as an itinerant professional across multiple sites Ability to handle documentation and adapt strategies for various environments Fingerprint clearance through either new processing or validation of prior prints in the AHCA Clearinghouse (follow-up paperwork for badge issuance per district requirements) With a Monday-Friday schedule totaling 35 hours weekly, you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on within school communities, making a tangible difference in student and teacher outcomes.
