RBT and/or Entry-Level Behavior Analysis Technician

We're hiring Behavior Technicians! Apply to be a part of a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy company. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team in St. Augustine! Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Are you looking to pursue your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician? Allay Behavioral Therapy offers the 40-hour RBT training and will provide on-site supervision before taking your RBT exam. Job Description:

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are on the front lines of improving client outcomes by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). RBTs are extremely valuable and have the greatest impact on client achievement. As an RBT, you will experience improvements in various domains including your clients' communication skills, social skills, and daily living skills, all while collaborating with your supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a day-to-day basis. We proudly offer support for students pursuing higher education in ABA with our Student Analyst in Training Program! We invite and encourage individuals seeking their Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or their BCBA to join our team!

Additional Responsibilities:

Timely arrival to sessions Timely completion of session/billing notes Communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders directly involved with clients Maintaining BACB certification and other licensures Participation and collaboration in team meetings Ensure client safety Ongoing data collection Implementation of the treatment plan for each client's individual needs, as designed by the supervising
