Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients' developmental goals Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and self-care skills Collect and record detailed behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Use evidence-based behavior management techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates, guidance, and support on behavior strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support the implementation of care plans tailored for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification prior to employment Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home-based or school settings Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients' daily routines effectively Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about behavioral health, special education, or supporting individuals with autism.
