Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current BCBA certification required Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of special education laws and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff Train and support educators and staff on the implementation of interventions and data collection Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans Collaborate with IEP teams, providing insights and recommendations related to behavioral needs Facilitate parent meetings, offering support and education on behavior interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
