Job Description

Dream Light ABA is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide home and school-based ABA therapy services for a 6-year-old client in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area.
Position Details Schedule:
Approximately 35 hours per week
Pay Rate:
$22-$28/hour (based on experience and credentials)
Setting:
Home and school/community-based services
Location:
Jacksonville / St. Johns, FL area Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation Support behavior reduction and functional communication goals Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members Requirements Active RBT certification Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and professionalism Benefits Flexible scheduling support Clinical supervision and ongoing support Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for growth within the company To apply, please send your resume and credentials.
