This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
What We're Looking For:
Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required) Reliable transportation Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
