Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to help shape programming, collaborate across disciplines, and build meaningful relationships with families. Services may take place in-home, in the community, or within our dedicated therapy classroom at The Play Studio. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs Deliver parent coaching and support sessions Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Collaborate with other professionals (OTs, educators, etc.) Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for family-centered care and community-based services What Makes This Role Unique Opportunity to work within a hybrid model (clinic + community + play-based environment) Access to a therapy space within The Play Studio Ability to help shape social skills groups, parent trainings, and early childhood programs Collaborative environment with potential for interdisciplinary work (OT, social groups, etc.) Supportive leadership that values work-life balance and creativity Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Part-time or full-time opportunities available How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed or email directly to margaret@shortsupportconsulting.com .
