Job Description

Overview We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic/play-based settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Collect accurate data on client progress Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment for clients Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; relevant training will be provided. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance ensures accurate documentation and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong organizational skills for data collection, progress tracking, and adherence to care plans are essential. Experience assisting with ADLs or providing patient care in educational or healthcare settings is a plus.
