Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Spring Hill, Brooksville, New Port Richey, and Citrus County . As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. Our agency values community, balance, and professional growth. This is a W-2 position with a flexible schedule designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. You will also have access to Office Puzzle , a user-friendly platform that makes data collection, session notes, and communication simple and efficient. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, and daily living skills that promote independence Collect accurate data on client progress using Office Puzzle Support clients in learning new skills and reducing challenging behaviors Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent support Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Participate in supervision and training sessions to continue your professional development Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention techniques Strong observation and data collection skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to care Familiarity with medical documentation and ethical standards in behavioral health What We Offer Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle W-2 employment for consistency and stability Access to Office Puzzle for efficient data collection and documentation Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth A workplace that values your time, effort, and dedication Why Join Our Team At our agency, you are part of a professional community that values your contribution and supports your success.
