We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team in a unique support-based role. This position plays a critical role in maintaining consistency for clients, supporting school-based services, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, calm under pressure, and comfortable stepping into a variety of clinical environments as needed.   • 12:30 PM This position offers a consistent 20-hour weekly schedule and will primarily report to our school-based location in Stuart.
Occasional coverage at other client, school, clinic, or community locations within Stuart or Port St. Lucie may be required based on staffing and operational needs. Optional additional direct support or operational hours may be available based on staffing and client needs. Position Summary The Floater RBT provides immediate coverage support for client sessions when staffing needs arise, including staff absences, call-outs, vacations, and unexpected schedule changes. This role requires a highly dependable and flexible team member who can quickly adapt to different clients, behavior plans, settings, and team dynamics. Coverage responsibilities are the primary focus of this position. When not providing direct ABA services, the Floater RBT will assist with operational and team support tasks. What You'll Be Doing Direct ABA Services Provide ABA therapy services to clients as assigned Provide coverage support for staff absences and schedule gaps Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision Work across school, clinic, home, and community settings as needed Assist with transitions, behavioral support, and maintaining continuity of care Support clients in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Track data and celebrate client progress Operational Support Assist with scheduling updates and coverage coordination support Support communication between staff and leadership Assist with organizational and operational tasks as needed Help support staff and client satisfaction initiatives Assist with materials preparation and general team support Utilize company systems and technology platforms to support scheduling and operational needs What We're Looking For Active RBT certification required Prior ABA experience required School-based experience preferred Strong attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations Professional communication skills Reliable transportation required A warm, patient, and compassionate personality Ability to pass a Level 2 background check Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping children succeed and values being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
