• Provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings to help children thrive.

Your Day-to-Day Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism using evidence-based teaching strategies. Work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Use errorless teaching and positive behavior replacement strategies. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to support each child's success. Collect accurate data on progress and participate in program improvement discussions. Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards. Engage in regular team trainings, ABA skill-building sessions, and professional development. We're Looking For A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference.

Certification:

RBT credential preferred but not required

Availability:

Minimum of 20 hours/week (with opportunities to increase as skills grow).

Commitment:

One-year employment commitment.
